Terran

Originally from a planet named Terra, these humanoid creatures have no interesting features, and are often seen fighting each other as well as other races.

They can however be quite cunning when needed and can be very quick to turn upon their allies. Many believe they should not have been allowed out of their native system but such is the way of the universe. Their ships are average and they specialise in ship building and currency income. They lack in mining and research.

Etrib

A sturdy, fairly small race of dwarven like people. They are particularly skilled at manual labor and unfortunately were enslaved by the Atnaf for quite a long period before they over threw them and claimed their empire as their own. Most Etrib dont cope well with more scientific issues but through intensive training many have succeeded in creating new and better technology to help better their race. More recently many have undergone cybernetic procedures to implant enhancements to their physical and mental strength, although many were against this idea it would appear for now that the cyborgs outnumber the regular dwarves quite significantly. Their ships have a strong hull but weak shields. They specialise in mining and construction. They are weak in research and intel.

Bakani

The Bakani are a race of rodent-like creatures from a distant galaxy. They were forced to flee their home galaxy for fear of being conquered by an all powerful software corporation. Like most rats they breed quite quickly, and over the centuries they have developed technology to improve the reproductive organs of their race. Some travellers have seen entire star systems colonised in the blink of an eye. Their ships are generally better shielded but have weaker hulls. They specialise in research and population growth, and are lacking in mining and ship building.
