The Festival of Rebirth will increase population growth on a planet by 400% and is activated under Management. This comes at a price of 2000 Voids per hour.

Young planets start with a morale boost (200% morale), which will also boost their growth, but fades after a while. Combining a short Festival with the morale boost will give young planets a first kick. On the other hand, the Festival's total bonus is bigger when used on larger planets.
